Rosie bought a new raincoat at Petco on Saturday. She HATES the rain, but she HATES the raincoat more!
Sporting this trendy apparel, she refused to "do her business" outside in the rain this morning. I waited about 15 minutes, then took it off her. She went potty instantly!
The hood was a bit snug, but only when all of her neck wrinkles slipped through the neck opening!

Poor Rosie!! I have a raincoat for guinness that she doesn't like...but she'll wear it and go pee too!
