I love this photo of Spring Point Lighthouse in South Portland, Maine. I tend to visit during the week when there are fewer tourists. The fort located nearby makes this a favorite place for me to visit on a hot summer day. If you visit Spring Point Lighthouse, make sure to stop at Bug Light, and Portland Headlight which are located very close by. This is such a typical Maine coast scene.
